Highland Cattle
![]() |
This old breed of cattle proves that good things do come to those who wait. They may take longer to mature than commercial breeds, but they more than make up for it by their ruggedness, their ease of care and the quality of their meat.
Given space, grass, water, salt and minerals, they produce healthy calves without assistance. These calves stay within the herd until they are 18 to 24 months of age, at which point they are either bred or sent for meat.

Highland beef is truly in a class of its own. Well-marbled, lean, tender and flavourful, it is a delicacy – miles away from meat purchased at the store.
Breeding stock and meat are available for sale. Meat is sold by the box. Pelts and horns are also offered. Contact us to make arrangements.
